Kwang Eui Yoo is department chair for the Department of Air Transportation at Hankuk Aviation University in Korea, and teaches ‘Airport Business’, ‘Airport Operation’, ‘Aviation Safety and Security’ and ‘Airline Management’. He has been involved in several projects related to airport operation and management, and aviation planning and management in Korea. Dr. Kwang Eui Yoo received a Ph.D. degree in Air Transport Planning and Management from Loughborough University (UK) in 1995. He has written and published many articles concerning the air transport industry. He is a member of advisory committee for the Ministry of Construction and Transportation in Korea and a member of service monitoring board of Inchon International Airport. He was also a member of advisory committee for Korea Airport Authority for the year 2000. He is well known as an expert in aviation industry in Korea, through TV-broadcasting and News Paper Article.
